Our Team

Laura Heard – Senior Property Supervisor - Laura joined CRES in 2012 with 12 years of multi-family experience. She began her career with CRES as a Property Manager, where she was instrumental in managing renovations, stabilizing operations, and hiring and training property teams. Ms. Heard has managed several challenging turnarounds for CRES by coordinating physical improvements and improving property performance and resident satisfaction.  

In 2022, Ms. Heard was promoted to Senior Property Supervisor. She is currently responsible for assisting with the operations in Texas, Tennessee, Kansas, and Iowa. In this role, she is able to utilize her onsite knowledge to help develop our employees, improve operations and identify areas for financial improvement. Laura is also responsible for assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and long-term capital planning. She has a positive attitude, is an excellent problem solver, and a valued member of the CRES team.
