About Us

CRES Management, LLC (“CRES”) is a full-service multifamily investment and property management company.  Founded in 1995, CRES has over 25 years of experience successfully executing value-add business plans and providing excellent services to its investors, owners, and residents.

 

Beginning with 780 units under management for third-party owners, CRES grew to more than 7,100 units under management, with all but 222 owned by an affiliate of CRES. CRES and its investment affiliate, JTL Real Estate Partners, have raised sponsor capital and have successfully sourced investment opportunities throughout the country.  With the extraordinary seller’s market from 2012 to 2014, CRES sold 5,700 units, taking advantage of historically low interest and capitalization rates.  Today, CRES has over 6,000 units under management, of which 1,586 are owned by an affiliate of CRES.

 

CRES is owned by John Stephenson, Whitney Greaves, Jim, and Teresa Lippert. It continues to focus on core-plus and value-add business plans for multifamily investments.

Community Manager

Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Site Community Manager for three properties with a total of 400 units in Manhattan Kansas.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operates the property within the financial guidelines.
  • Make recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses, and grow net operating income.
  • Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on owners’ guidelines.
  • Ensure all property reporting is current and accurate while meeting all deadlines.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining a community of residents through resident relations.
  • Ensure desired resident renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible.
  • Responsible for planning and executing a marketing/outreach plan with the assistance of the Marketing Director.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least three (3) years of previous property management experience
  • Must be able to oversee multiple properties.
  • OneSite Software experience a Plus!
  • Must have a proven track record of success.
  • Must be a leader who can manage a successful team.
