Employee Testimonials

"I have been employed by C.R.E.S. Management, L.L.C., for five years as a maintenance technician. My background experience for the last 25 years was in law enforcement. I enjoyed working at Hilltop Village so much that I decided to continue on as a full time employee. When you know you are appreciated as an employee, it not only makes you do a good job, but it encourages you to give your very best. I’m proud to have retired my Police uniform and put on my C.R.E.S. uniform"

"To pursue my career goals, I wanted to go back to school and receive my accounting degree. C.R.E.S. Management, L.L.C., gave me the opportunity and the financial backing that I needed achieve this destination. I’ve been with the company for 7 years and plan to continue my employment long after I receive my degree." As of today, December 13, 2007 with your help, I am officially a college graduate. I graduated with a 3.62 GPA. I have registered for the classes to receive my Bachelor’s degree so I can bring more knowledge to CRES Management! I couldn’t have done it without the company’s financial assistance and support.

"I have been employed with CRES this time around for 8 months. I previously worked with CRES for 2 1/2 years. I left before due to an offer I could not refuse. Well, refusing would have been the best thing that I could have done!! I realized how much CRES really cares about their employees and will take every measure to make their properties the best that they can be. I learned that the grass is not always greener on the other side. I am very happy to be back with CRES!"
Kim Bush, Property Manager, Timberwalk Apartments

What Residents Are Saying

My mother has lived at the Overlook for several years and when the new management company took over in 06 she called and was ready to move. We could nottake off work to get her moved so she renewed for 6 months, then 6 more months and has now just renewed for another 12 months. I came to see my mother duringThanksgiving and this was the first time I had seen the new clubhouse since the change and my mother could not wait to take me in and show me everything. Duringmy stay we were having a little barbeque out by the clubhouse and the manager came by and said hello and my mother called her over and introduced her to everyone and I then learned why my mother feels so at home now. This lady took the time to stop and talk to people she didn't even know, asked my mother how she was feeling and if her ceiling fan got fixed. We talked football a little while and just by talking to her we could hear her passion not only for her football team but for her residents and when she left my mother said that the manager is always out on the property on the weekends picking up trash, talking to residents and that she always takes time to help anyone, even if it is during office hours or not. From a sons point of view and my sisters, we wanted to say thank you to Overlook for not just making this a place for my mother to stay, but for making it a place my mother now calls HOME! That means more to us than you can be put into words in this email to know our mother is happy, safe and content. When we drove into the property the night before Thanksgiving the Christmas lights were on and my mother said, isn't my home beautiful!!! So from a grateful son and daughter, we wanted to say thank you to a company and a manager for caring and giving our mother such joy and a home she can be proud of. Merry Christmas to all of you.
