We are very excited to announce that C.R.E.S. Management, L.L.C. has added 382 units to their Kansas City portfolio by adding Quality Hill Apartments. Quality Hill consists of 21 unique, vintage buildings on the west side of downtown Kansas City. C.R.E.S. Management, L.L.C. will begin an aggressive renovation to improve the quality of living to its residents as well as offer affordable condominiums. It is our plan to upgrade the apartments and condominiums in our buildings to 21st century levels and provide accessible living space to a wide range of area residents, while at the same time respecting the unique heritage of the neighborhood. C.R.E.S. Management, L.L.C. acquired two new apartment communities in June 2007, Ridge Point Apartment and Grayson Ridge Apartments.
Ridge Pointe Apartments is located in Marietta, Georgia just outside of Atlanta and has 388 units. This property will undergo a 1.5 million dollar renovation in repairs and improvements in 2007 & 2008. C.R.E.S. Management, L.L.C. plans to acquire more properties in Atlanta and the surrounding areas.
Grayson Ridge Apartments is the newest acquisition in the Dallas Ft Worth area. We will be spending over a million dollars in renovations adding a wireless cyber cafe, a basket ball court, upgrading the apartments and much more. C.R.E.S. Management was awarded the AAKC Presidents Award “Management Company of the Year” for 2006 by the Apartment Association of Kansas City.
This award was given to C.R.E.S. Management for our company’s participation in the Apartment Association by attending meetings, educational programs, donations for fundraising events and employees who volunteered their time to the many committees they were a part of.

On October 18th, 2005 C.R.E.S. Management, L.L.C. acquired management of 3525 Sage, adding 282 apartments to their Texas portfolio. 3525 Sage is a premier high-rise luxury building in Houston. The beautifully designed 17-story structure offers breathtaking views of the Galleria and Houston skyline, 24 hour concierge service, fitness center, spa, dry sauna and a relaxing pool and sun deck.
