CRES MANAGEMENT, L.L.C. SCHOLARSHIP FUND

We are excited and proud to be able to offer to all the graduating children of our company employees, the start of the C.R.E.S. MANAGEMENT SCHOLARSHIP FUND.

Applications and qualifying criteria are available upon request via the company website document search.

WE ARE MAKING THE SCHOLARSHIP AVAILABLE FOR 2010 FALL SEMESTER. APPLICANTS NEED TO BE RETURNED BY JUNE 30, 2010 TO BE CONSIDERED BY ADVISORY BOARD.

Jim and I are overjoyed at having the opportunity to offer this to you in assisting in the future of your children. Thank you all for continued superb service and performance in keeping C.R.E.S. alive and vibrant.

Purpose: The CRES Management, L.L.C. Scholarship Fund was established to provide scholarships to children of all CRES Management L.L.C. Full-Time employees.

Criteria: In order to be eligible for the scholarship, the student must be a child or under legal guardian of a full-time employee of CRES Management, LLC and also meet the following criteria:

• Plan to attend an accredited community college, trade school or Four- Year University in the United States.
• Must have maintained a 2.75 GPA or better during high school.
• Must be involved in at 2 school sponsored community events during high school to encourage sense of community.

Guidelines: Scholarship to be awarded on an annual basis and disbursed at semester. Recipients must provide an official transcript at the end of each semester certifying that a minimum of 12 credit hours were taken the prior semester and a GPA of 2.75 or above was maintained. When submitting an application for the scholarship, please include a short essay telling us why this scholarship is important to you.

Amount: 2 scholarships of $1,000 each per academic year ($500 per semester). Aid shall be used to pay for tuition, books, room and board, and activity fees at the University of Attendance.

Deadline: June 30, 2010 then March 31st of each year.
