Each month we publish accomplishments in a company newsletter, which includes employee of the month, top closing ratios, 100% club, nominations to local apartment association for Annual Rewards Recognition, perfect attendance award, good job notifications, zero delinquent club, and communities which meet or exceeded budgeted NOI.

Each year, C.R.E.S Management L.L.C hosts annual award ceremonies to recognize employees who have gone above and beyond their daily responsibilities.
